“I’m a kind of relish made with colourful vegetables in a balanced mixture of sugar, water, vinegar, salt, and white wine. I’m almost sweet and sour, more sweet than sour, to tell the truth! My recipe has a lot of history behind it. I was born with the idea of making vegetables available, despite their being out of season. Enjoy me as a side dish, but also with an aperitif at sunset.”
Marinated squash sticks
“I am squash, cut into sticks, scented with peppercorns, rosemary, sage and garlic. A balanced mixture of water, sugar, vinegar, salt and white wine keep me on hold until you decide to enjoy me. Try me at sunset, with an aperitif, or with a second course dish.”
